I have worked at Beautiful Minds Center for 8 years. During my time with them, I have become a LMFT and BCBA with their support and encouragement. My time with the company so far has allowed me to grow and develop my craft exponentially. I have had the opportunity to advance in my career, pursuing and meeting objective goals along the way. Dr. Margarita Izralson and Dr. Gabrielle Izralson have seen my potential, entrusting me with more opportunities and responsibilities to continue my personal and professional growth. I am appreciative to Dr. Margarita Izralson and Dr Gabrielle Izralson for always being available when needed, with also teaching and advising me on my career journey and development. I’m grateful for my time I’ve had with Beautiful minds where I can continue to help and be a source of support for children with special needs and their families.

Working here at Beautiful Minds has been such a rewarding experience day in and day out. The leadership is very supportive as my supervisors were always there to help answer my questions and help me through difficult situations. The personal relationships formed while working with these children have been nothing short of phenomenal and have helped me reaffirm my desire to continue working in the health care field. The hours are also very flexible as they are very accommodating whenever I encounter changes in my availability. The flexible scheduling has allowed me to find a better work-life balance as well. Overall, I can’t say enough good things about working here. This has been my first real job providing health care to others and it has given me invaluable experience in demonstrating compassion, patience, and understanding while treating patients.
