Behavior Technician (Entry Level and Experienced)

Behavior Technicians implement ABA treatment programs for patients and their families in the home, school and community setting. The Behavior Technician is an integral part of the treatment team whose effectiveness directly contributes to patient success. Behavior Technicians receive individualized, ongoing guidance from experienced behavior analysts to ensure the highest quality treatment and to support career growth for Behavior Technicians who wish to advance. Behavior Technicians have extensive opportunities to advance quickly as they gain certification and expertise. Beautiful Minds welcomes inquiries from those who are new to the field of autism treatment, as well as those who have experience. Compensation is commensurate with experience. Candidates who are already certified as Registered Behavior Technicians or Board-Certified Autism Technicians are eligible for compensation that reflects their experience and certification.
